![]() Uhm, I'm not sure how to find it for Windows 8.1, but I hope it's something similar to this If that's the case, then from what I've gathered, you can try deleting your zsnesw.cfg file from your RGR folder and make a new one using the computer you have now. However, I have no problem with the full screen resolutions (except when I try to go over what my monitor can handle, that is).īy any chance, did you move your RGR files to the computer you have now from your old one? I tried running the emulator on windowed resolutions, and I have the same problem with it for the RGR purple boarder not adjusting to the game. I think that directdraw7 error might be what we need to solve. Maybe the offline version might be more up to date, but I'm not having any problems with the current version in the RGR. How can I get this bug or glitch or problem taken care of? I always play through Google Chrome on my Windows 8.1 OS. If this issue is caused by the buttons in the wrong place then this appears to be a RGR Plugin issue. Choosing any non-full screen resolution that is in a window will result with the SNES game, itself, expanding but the frame of the game does not expand to meet the size of the new resolution. Choosing any full screen resolution (Regardless of Full Screened Browser or Windowed Browser) will result in a black screen. when I enter the menu by pressing "Esc" on a SNES game I will choose from the list of resolutions and set them to the game. If it's not suppose to, this leads to the other issue at hand. I don't know anything about the buttons in the top right not fitting how you stated, it looks normal to me.?With that said, I don't know if maximizing the browser's window should also maximize the RGR Plugin running my game. When you look at the picture, it's obvious that the window is in full screen. In my last post I specifically stated that the window is in full screen. Google Chrome always opens games run through Vizzed in a new window, not a new tab. There are no options in my Google Chrome to force my browser to open a new window in the current tab. TRIUNE : I've attempted this in both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and the results are the same. This leaves me to wonder whether or not I am doing something wrong or this is a David will eventually fix kind of thing. I'm uninterested in switching to another emulator as all my saved data are found on the RGR. There is no reason as to why my video card should be an issue in regards to the SNES emulator. I run a windows 8.1 64 bit OS with fairly powerful technology including a video card capable of handling modern day games like Red Alert 3, Civilization 5 and so on. Afterwards, a message pops up stating that my video card may not be able to handle full screen mode (That's the gist of it).Ģ) When selecting a larger window size, the screen will stretch to the correct size, however, the RGR page that plays the game within the purple framed box will remain the same size (Found at the top of the screen it states size = 664 etc.). On the screen where you can choose from several different window sizes both full screen and windowed, I have attempted to choose a larger size (1024x798) for example.Ģ different outcomes happen as a result of attempting to change the window size.ġ) When selecting full screen, the screen turns black for up to 10 seconds. I do this by pressing "Esc" and selecting the video options. I would love to change the window size to either full screen or a larger window size. The only problem with The Kurono S.N.E.S is that it can be slightly unstable, so it's a good idea to give it a bit of time to load after starting so it doesn't crash.SNES window naturally opens in 640 by 480 for me. ![]() The Kurono S.N.E.S includes its own game control configuration that simulates the original controller, making life easier for those who won't know how to configure virtual buttons.
